When you register for the One-On-One Consoaching Program, you can choose to get either one or two one-hour sessions per month – although the schedule is flexible enough for you get more or less time as needed. What’s more, working with Michel at this level also gives you full and free access to the resources and teleclasses in The Essential Message membership program. There’s no contract, although a minimum term of 6 months is recommended for the best results.
What’s ‘consoaching’?
Simply put, consoaching is a blend of coaching and consulting.
A ‘pure’ coach is trained to help you find the answers yourself, but will never offer advice. While this is extremely valuable in many situations, it can also be frustrating for you when a transfer of knowledge is what you actually need. Pure consulting is limited because consultants come up with the answers (usually at a high price) with no skills transfer and no accountability.
