Q. Are these teleclasses available as audio downloads?
A. The audio downloads are available to members only. Click here for the schedule of past years’ teleclasses.

Q. Some of the people you invited as teleclass guests seem to be competitors of yours – uh, aren’t you afraid of losing business?
A. I’m not so egotistical to think that I have all the answers, nor do I think that The Essential Message is for everyone. If you can pick up one great idea from me and another from someone else, then that would be great! Besides, a healthy debate is good for everybody — it keeps my mind sharp.

Q. How do you select the guests you invite?
A. Most people who call themselves experts usually aren’t. That’s why, when I come across someone who is truly an innovative thinker and is able to communicate his or her ideas simply and clearly, I’m the first person to want to get to know more about them. And if I feel that strongly about someone, I figure I’m doing the universe a service by inviting others into the conversation.

Q. Can I be a guest?
A. Are you in the same league as the people listed on this page? If you meet the criteria above, and you offer something that’s genuinely of value to the Essential Message commmunity, then feel free to contact me.

Q. Why can’t I register to a teleclass that’s more than one month away?
A. Because space is limited, allowing people to register for one teleclass at a time is the best way to give everyone a fair chance to participate. Other teleclasses may be listed in the calendar of events, but only the link to the next, upcoming free teleclass will be active.

Q. What forms of payment can I use?

Q. What are your refund and cancellation policies?

Although we do not offer refunds for our paid teleclasses, our free teleclasses come with a 100% money back guarantee (grin). If you paid for a teleclass and for some reason couldn’t make it, please let us know and we’ll be happy to send you a recording, if available.
